General Information
General Information & Travellers Guide
If on a trail ride you should expect to be in the saddle between four to six hours a day with the occasional days requiring an extra push to reach the objective. Nights away from Los Potreros are spent camping or in local dwellings allowing the visitors to experience another way of life.
All riding abilities can be catered for. Some rides require camping, for these a sleeping bag is required. Most of the rides are from estancia to estancia and do not require sleeping out.
With this site we have tried to give the traveller an idea of Estancia Los Potreros. The only way to get the full experience is to visit this special place. We encourage visitors to stay at least three days to fully explore and get under the skin of another world.
Our horses have a good reputation and our cattle always fetch the top price at the market, however all this would not be possible without the tremendous sustained effort of many people.
For this reason I would like to thank my father and acknowledge the work he has done in the past and all those people who today are still making Los Potreros a unique estancia.
